FAQ
Personalized Welcome Video
A complimentary personalized welcome video is included with your rental. To ensure timely preparation, any photos or requested content should be submitted no later than 7 days before your event. Requests received after this deadline may not be accommodated.
Media Delivery
All recorded video messages will be professionally compiled and delivered digitally via a secure link within 3–5 business days following your event. It is the client's responsibility to download and save the files after delivery.
Photo Slideshow
A complimentary standby photo slideshow is included with your rental. Clients may submit up to 5 high-resolution photos to be displayed while the phone is in standby mode. Photos should be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
Equipment Use
The video guest book equipment is intended solely for recording guest messages. Equipment may not be moved, disassembled, modified, or used for any purpose other than its intended function. Any damage resulting from misuse may result in deductions from the security deposit or additional repair or replacement charges.
Recording Experience
Guests simply pick up the handset, watch your personalized welcome video, and record their message. While we thoroughly test all equipment before delivery, Scott Signature Events cannot guarantee the quality or content of individual recordings due to factors beyond our control, including guest interaction, background noise, lighting conditions, or improper use.
Power Requirements
The video guest book requires access to a standard electrical outlet throughout the duration of the event. If power is interrupted, disconnected, or unavailable, Scott Signature Events is not responsible for interruptions in service.
