Everything you need to know before booking
Our goal is to make your rental experience simple, transparent, and stress-free. Please review the policies below before reserving your event date.
Booking Retainer
All booking retainers are non-refundable. This reserves your rental date.
Balance Due
All balances are due 7 days before your event. If balance is not paid, your rental will result in cancellation.
Security Deposit
Are refundable and are processed 24-48 hours after your event to ensure all equipment is returned in working condition.
