Customer-provided banners must be 24" × 72" and include reinforced grommets in all four corners. Banner stands require reinforced grommets to securely display your banner. If your banner does not have grommets, Scott Signature Events can install them for an additional fee.

FAQ
When is my event officially booked?
Your event date is reserved once your signed rental agreement and non-refundable booking retainer have been received. Until both are completed, your requested date remains available to other clients.
Proof Approval
A digital proof will be provided before printing. Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, spelling, photos, and design details. Once final approval is received, Scott Signature Events is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client.
When is my final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled event. Final payment instructions will be included with your invoice.
Photo Quality
For the best printing results, clients should provide clear, high-resolution images. Scott Signature Events is not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or low-quality prints resulting from images supplied by the client.
Banner Design Assistance
Professional banner design assistance is available as an optional add-on. Clients are responsible for providing event details, preferred colors, wording, and high-resolution photos. Design revisions are limited to reasonable edits before final approval.
Delivery & Travel Fees
Professional delivery, setup, and pickup are included for locations within 20 minutes of Kingwood, Texas.
Travel fees are based on estimated drive time:

Travel fees will be confirmed before booking and included on your invoice. Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible during scheduled delivery and pickup times.
