When is my event officially booked?

Your event date is reserved once your signed rental agreement and non-refundable booking retainer have been received. Until both are completed, your requested date remains available to other clients.

When is my final payment due?

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled event. Final payment instructions will be included with your invoice.

When will I receive my security deposit back?

Accepted Answer

Security deposits are typically refunded within 24–48 hours after equipment has been picked up, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

When will I receive my video messages?

Your completed video guest book recordings will be delivered via a secure Google Drive link within 3–5 business days after your event.

Do you deliver and set everything up?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Professional delivery, setup, and pickup are included with every rental. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our included service area.

How far do you travel?

Accepted Answer

Travel within 20 minutes of Kingwood, Texas is included. Additional travel fees apply for locations beyond that distance and will be provided before booking.

Can banner stands be used outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, banner stands may be used outdoors when weather conditions are safe. Outdoor setups are subject to wind and weather restrictions to protect both guests and rental equipment.

What happens if equipment is damaged?

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately if necessary.

Can I make changes after booking?

We'll do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible. Requests for changes should be submitted as soon as possible and may be subject to availability or additional charges.

How do I book?

Complete our booking inquiry form with your event details. We'll confirm availability and send your rental agreement and invoice. Once your contract is signed and the booking retainer is paid, your event date is officially reserved.
